Comprehensive 16-hour course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.

1) Online self-paced learning - students complete 8 hours online learning via the Canadian Red Cross Campus (access link provided within 48 hours of course registration)
2) 1-Day in person training - 8 hours facilitated by a certified Canadian Red Cross Instructor
Participants must complete the online component before attending classroom component.
Classroom component must be completed within 90 days of completing the online component.
Successful students will receive a 3-year certification in Standard First Aid and CPR level C.
Digital certificates will be issued upon course completion.
