Basic First Aid

Group course registration requires a minimum of 6 participants, with a maximum of 16 participants.

• Course roster reductions for groups larger than the minimum number can be made anytime up to 3 days before the course start date without any cancellation penalty fees. 
• Course roster reductions made within 3 days before the course start date, including sudden illness and no-shows, will result in a charge of the full course as cancellation penalty fees, unless a doctor’s note is provided.

If the number of registered course participants falls below the minimum number required, the course fee for the minimum number of 6 participants will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your course. 

Participants who arrive more than 30 minutes late will not be allowed course participation and are considered a no-show. 

For Intermediate First Aid courses group enrolment requires a deposit of $22.50 per student to secure classroom date and/or to receive online access in blended courses.

• The deposit will be non-refundable for all blended courses. 
• The deposit will be non-refundable if the course is cancelled less than 7 days before the course date.
